Book with INCA CULTURE TRAVEL

 

The terms and conditions outlined herein constitute an agreement between us, INCA CULTURE TRAVEL, and our clients.

To make a reservation with us, you must share certain personal information required by the Peruvian government for income and tax validation:

• Full name
• Photo or scan of your passport or identity document
• Confirm tour start date
• Inform us of any health details or allergies you may have.

To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is required via any of our payment methods (bank transfer, PayPal, or payment with any Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card through a payment link we will send you). This deposit covers reservations for entrance fees, trains, hotels, and other services. The remaining balance is due in Cusco, payable in cash, or, if you prefer, several days prior to departure using any of the methods listed above.
 

Cancellation of reservation at the customer's request

If you need to cancel your tour for any personal reason, Inca Culture Travel has the following refund policies:

• Up to 8 weeks before the start of the tour: 25% of the total payment

• Up to 6 weeks before the start of the trip: 40% of the total payment

• Up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip: 60% of the total payment

• Less than 4 weeks before the start of the trip: 100% of the total payment

The Inca Trail, in all its variations—whether the classic 4-day trek or the shorter 2-day trek—is non-refundable. This is because spaces are limited and the Peruvian government does not allow changes or modifications under any circumstances.

Airlines.

Inca Culture Travel is not responsible for cancellations, delays or modifications made by the airlines.

INCA CULTURE TRAVEL recommends obtaining travel insurance that covers health, lost luggage, and cancellation insurance.
