Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Sacred Valley Tour
The Sacred Valley is an enigmatic place, full of Inca ruins, breathtaking landscapes, and rich history. For this tour, we offer two options:
Option 1: Via Pisac
(Photos with alpacas, Písac and Ollantaytambo)
The pick-up will be between 7:00 am and 7:30 am We will leave Cusco touring the valley and making some stops in strategic places until we reach the Taray viewpoint, where we will enjoy a panoramic view of this beautiful landscape.
Then we will continue to Písac, an important Inca archaeological site that we will visit with our guide. We will walk along its paths surrounded by platforms and, later, we will descend to the town of Písac to learn about and appreciate the local crafts.
Later we will continue to Urubamba, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. After recharging our energy, we will continue to Ollantaytambo, where we will explore its impressive archaeological site and its magical town, known for preserving streets and squares of Inca origin.
In the afternoon or evening, we will take the train to Aguas Calientes, where you will spend the night.
Option 2: Via Chinchero
(Chinchero, Moray, Salineras and Ollantaytambo)
With this option, we will pick you up between 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. m. and 7:00 a.m. m. Then we will go to the town of Chinchero, known for its textile artisans. There we will learn and observe how they make their traditional fabrics, using natural dyes to give color to the fibers.
Afterwards we will head towards the Salineras de Maras, a place very famous for its salt wells and its impressive landscape. At the end of the visit, we will continue to Moray, an enigmatic site of circular terraces, where our guide will explain the importance and mystery of this place.
Then we will continue to Urubamba, where we will have a delicious buffet lunch.
After lunch, we will continue for approximately 30 minutes until we reach Ollantaytambo. There we will visit its streets and Inca sites, and after taking excellent photos, we will board the train to Aguas Calientes, where you will spend the night.
Day 2: Visit to Machu Picchu
This is the most anticipated day of the trip: the visit to Machu Picchu.
The visiting schedule and circuit will be subject to availability. One day before, our guide will coordinate with you all the details so that the experience is organized and calm.
In the morning, after breakfast, we will take the bus to Machu Picchu, a journey of approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the entrance, we will check-in and begin this great adventure, full of history, energy and impressive landscapes.
During the tour, our guide will give you a detailed explanation, which will make the experience even more special and enriching. We will enjoy this magical place, visiting its most important corners and admiring its incredible beauty.
After approximately 2 hours of visiting, we will say goodbye to Machu Picchu and take the return bus to Aguas Calientes. There you will have free time to enjoy lunch at the restaurant of your choice.
Finally, we will take the return train. When you arrive at the Ollantaytambo station, our staff will be waiting to take you back to Cusco.
